Stress Works Against Feminine Energy (be a queen and avoid burn out)
First of all, stress isn't inherently bad - in fact, it unleashes an incredible amount of energy to effectively meet threats! However, when experienced in large doses, stress works against feminine energy. Feminine energy, in essence, is overflow, radiance, and softness. When our stress response is overly activated, our precious energy reserves are depleted and we become exhausted, rigid, and brittle. This episodes offers some tips on how to be a queen and avoid burn out. Stress works against feminine energy because it creates rigidity and hyper diligence, rather than softness and openness.
