Rest & Manifest - Work Deliciously w/ Lucy Liang

When Lucy & I started working together six months ago, she was a self identified workaholic.  Her sense of worth was determined by the external success of her business and she sacrificed her mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing to force the results she wanted.   She embodied the essence of a helicopter parent - she was smothering the natural growth of her business with her obsessive thoughts, controlled actions, and rigid expectations.⁣

⁣Fast forward 6 months later, and Lucy has jumped into a whole new reality.  Her business has quadrupled in revenue, celebrated its first six figure month, and is in the process of expanding a support team. 

The most amazing part?  Lucy has never rested more in her life.  She takes guilt free naps, midday baths, and prioritizes her wellbeing above all else.  She is quite literally working deliciously.  ⁣
